Before coming to Beaulieu Hearing Center I really had a challenge. I have Meniere’s disease. Most people don’t even understand it. It comes down to not only the right technology in hearing aids, but also professionals that know how to adjust the right product to help me and I didn’t find that until I came to them. And I am so blessed because now I feel that I do have the correct hearing aids. I can depend on them for the best technology and for them to be able to adjust them to where I feel I’m really part of life again. I’ve been a client with Beaulieu Hearing Center for some years now, as was my mother and several of our church friends. I’ve had nothing but the most expert, coverage and care that I could ever ask for. I hear better than I have with any other hearing aids. They service them. I go to Beaulieu Hearing Center because of the service I get there. From the minute I walk in the door, the girl at the counter takes my hearing aids, goes through them, checks them to make sure they’re working one hundred percent and we do the free hearing test along with the evaluation. If you go to Beaulieu Hearing Center, you get to hear what you’ve been missing all these years.

You miss out on so much. When I’m outside, I never realized the birds are chirping, the wind going to the trees. There’s so much that you’re missing out on. I was amazed that the technology difference, especially with digital technology. The sound is far more clear. The best thing I ever did was coming here. I live up in Corvallis, Oregon, which is 3 hours away from here. It’s worth the trip. I still make that trip. I love the service here. I’m not going to find it anywhere else. Before Beaulieu Hearing Center, my hearing loss was pretty serious. With the improvements in my ability to hear since I got the proper hearing aids, I was able to do a lot of things I hadn’t done before. I can sit in the back of a room during a meeting. I could hear people in a restaurant. I could listen to the TV and actually hear my wife talking to me at the same time. I especially like the benefits of the hearing aids that Beaulieu has. It was important to have a Bluetooth function in my hearing aids. I’m able to Bluetooth music, or the police scanner in my ears through my hearing aids. I can talk on my phone through my hearing aids and it’s just been a dream to have that ability. I would recommend Beaulieu Hearing Center to anyone who has a minor hearing loss or even a major hearing loss.

I am visiting from out of state and one of my hearing aids was not working. I went to Beaulieu Hearing Center solely based on the reviews and they did not disappoint! I was greeted with a friendly smile and good morning as soon as I walked up to the desk. I explained to The woman behind the desk my issues and she let me know she would do her best. I had a nice conversation with her as she was working on the hearing aids then the next thing I know she’s handing them Back to me cleaned and repaired. For people wondering where to go for hearing help, Beaulieu Hearing Center is the right place to go. I worked in mills for over 40 years. Much of my hearing loss is off the charts or as they would say “profound hearing loss”. The first person you will meet is Ashley. She is very nice and helpful. The next person i dealt with was Suzanne. She gave me my hearing test, then explained in detail my hearing loss. She is very knowledgeable, knows her products and wasn’t pushy at all. I can hear things that i haven’t heard in years. Like the turn signal and the microwave. I hear speech much better at this point. We got my GMs first set of hearing aids here years ago and they’ve been taking care of our family ever since. They check them yearly and reprogram them as needed without charging more. When GM lost one they helped us find a replacement we could afford. They’re very nice to everyone when we go in. GM gets comfortable in their fancy chairs and even make room for me to be there with her. They go out of the way for their customers.
